South Texas Style BBQ with a Vermont flare

Our Pitmaster, Josh, has been doing real Texas BBQ for over 20 years, and he says “it has taken every minute of that 20 years to get my food to where it is today”. Josh was born and raised in Texas, spending much of his life in and around the Austin area. This part of Texas is considered by many culinary experts as having the best BBQ in the world. Josh’s BBQ is also influenced by his time living in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.

This experience brings a little South Texas spice to his BBQ. BCM’s signature meat is USDA Black Angus Brisket, slow smoked over local Vermont Hardwoods, and seasoned with our own secret blend of spices and herbs. To round out our BBQ offering, we also cook up slow smoked split chickens and pork spareribs; also seasoned with our secret rub. We only do our BBQ on the weekends and special occasions, and we sell out fast, so give us a call before you come out.
